Refund & Cancellation Policy

Liberate Pro Healthcare Limited (herein after referred as “Liberate Pro”) expects that all users will exercise due care and diligence while making payments. Liberate Pro recognizes that a payment may be made erroneously. Liberate Pro will examine each request for a refund of payment and endeavor to make the refund. In order to process refund, Liberate Pro may ask for further information which will need the user to comply.

Except in the event that a user’s card is debited more than once or their account is debited with an excessive amount in a single transaction, money paid through the payment gateway cannot be returned. In these circumstances, the user will receive a refund for the extra amount.

Refund

Payment can be refunded any time up to 7 days after payment was made. Liberate Pro requests the user to provide all the information like mode of payment – online/ cheque, date of transaction, amount. We may also require user’s ID proof and bank details along with a cancelled cheque. All decisions of Liberate Pro in this regard will be final and binding on the user.
