Who we serve
Liberate Pro serves healthcare professionals, patients and pharma companies.

• Healthcare Professionals
Clinicians especially in the NHS are under chronic pressure with increasing demand for care and chronic workforce shortages.
Clinicians need their patients to properly understand their treatment options and subsequently adhere to their care plan to improve clinical outcomes. This would likely also reduce the need for unnecessary repeat medical appointments which would in turn reduce workload.
Liberate Pro provides patients with the information that they need in an accessible format that they understand and helps clinicians save time through recording and sending a copy of their consultation.
In the UK, Liberate Pro helps the NHS meet its Core 20+5 goals of reaching out to the most deprived 20% of the national population to help them lead healthier lives. Our platform and educational content supports the five critical conditions outlined in the framework including: maternity, chronic respiratory disease, early cancer diagnosis, hypertension and lipid optimal management.
• Patients and Caregivers
Patients often do not retain all the information shared by the healthcare professional. For example, 40-80% of medical information provided by the GP is forgotten immediately. (1)
In some disease conditions more than 40% of patients are at risk of misunderstanding, forgetting or ignoring healthcare advice.
Patients with higher levels of health literacy have 14% higher treatment and medication adherence compared to those with low health literacy. (2) These stats paint a pretty grim picture for patients.
Liberate Pro solves these problems by providing educational material that is easy to understand and is designed to support patients with lower health literacy levels. The content is easily translated into their preferred language, resulting in better understanding and adherence and improved health outcomes.

• Pharma and BioTech
Liberate Pro is a trusted platform for pharma and biotech companies running clinical trials. Common problems that pharma companies running clinical trials face such as a lack of adherence to treatment, high dropout rates and misunderstanding of the treatment plan and aims of the study due to low health literacy are reduced significantly when using Liberate Pro. The platform helps:-
– Patients and caregivers have a better understanding of use of prohibited medications and use of rescue medications that play a vital role in collecting legible data.
– Pharma to have a more successful outcome through reduced dropout rates by sharing information in a digestible format and in a timely manner.
– Healthcare providers to access scientific communication about new developments in the drug and treatment areas.
All of which allows for deeper engagement and better outcomes for everyone.
• Success Stories
Our Clinical Trial Data
We know that Liberate Pro works. We have conducted five clinical trials to show the efficacy of the platform. Our Respiratory Syncytial Virus(RSV) trial featured 400 patients who used Liberate Pro as part of their healthcare pathway. Following the trials the participants were asked three main questions:
1 – Did you understand what you were told? 100% answered yes
2 – Was using Liberate Pro a better experience? 100% answered yes
3 – Were you moved to action and able to follow instructions? 87% answered yes
In addition, we asked clinicians what they thought about using Liberate Pro and received a 100% net promoter score. Clinicians also reported a 50% saving in time by using Liberate Pro.
